Seth Fedelin talked about his role in his new movie
Kapamilya actor Seth Fedelin admitted that he is not comfortable being called a “playboy.”
Seth is one the most successful actors of his generation. His onscreen partnership with Kapamilya actress Francine Diaz has been gaining popularity these recent years.
In 2024, the FranSeth tandem starred in the Metro Manila Film Festival entry, My Future You. Because of this stint, Seth was able to receive the MMFF Breakthrough Performance Award.
Last year, both Francine and Seth expressed their thoughts on portraying mature characters. Through the series Sins of the Father in 2025, they were able to transition from teen roles to more mature characters.
In an upcoming movie titled She Who Must Not Be Named, Seth Fedelin, will once again prove his versatility. His character in this film is a playboy. Based on the article in Abante, the actor said that he was not comfortable with this kind of tag.
“Medyo mapaglaro ng damdamin ng iba,” the actor said about his character. However, his loveteam partner, Francine Diaz, replied, “You can say playboy. Ayaw niyang sabihin.”
In the said movie, Seth’s character would make women fall in love with him and just leave them hanging. The movie is set to be released on April 29, 2026.
This movie by the FranSeth love team can be compared to their launching movie “My Future You” by Regal Entertainment, Inc.
The publicity and promotions of Francine and Seth’s Metro Manila Film Festival 2024 movie were known to be intense, which were different from now. On the other hand, their co-manager John Ling said that as long as there is a promo schedule, Francine and Seth are willing to participate.
FranSeth fans are also happy because they are anticipating that there would be block screenings.
