Kyline Alcantara talked about the charitable endeavor she wanted to do
Kapuso actress Kyline Alcantara expressed her intention to extend help to people who are affected by the oil price hikes, especially the jeepney drivers.
Kyline is one of the most successful young actresses nowadays. From being a child star, she became one of the young leading ladies under Sparkle GMA Artist Center.
She also has several endorsement projects and hosting stints over the years. With her success in the entertainment industry, Kyline wanted to give back.

In a recent interview on the Kapuso primetime news program 24 Oras, based on the article in GMA Entertainment, Kyline Alcantara shared that she was planning to help drivers and those affected by the oil crisis that the Philippines is going through right now, even just through the small things she can do.
“Gusto kong pumunta lang sa isang fuel station,” the Kapuso actress said. Kyline also shared that she was inspired by the former elderly jeepney driver whom she previously helped.
“It’s like an homage to my lolo na jeepney driver before sa Bicol,” she said.

Like many people, Kyline is also affected by the ongoing energy crisis, which is why she is also implementing cost-cutting methods to alleviate its impact. “Bawas sa paglabas-labas kasi para ‘di po masyadong magastos sa gas,” she revealed.
Kyline Alcantara added that she also lessened her expenses, including in their house. They would make sure that everything is unplugged if not in use.
Meanwhile, Kyline Alcantara admitted in an interview early this year that 2025 challenged her. To recall, the actress had her controversial moments last year. After her breakup with basketball player Kobe Paras, the Kapuso actress was linked to Ilocos Norte First District representative Sandro Marcos. Kyline opted not to answer this rumor.
