Global Oil Flow Affected by Ongoing War Between Iran and United States
IRAN – Iranian parliament speaker Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf denied that there is an ongoing dialogue with the United States.
The war involving Iran, United States, and Israel has affected several other nations across the globe. Currently, many countries including the Philippines are faced with high oil costs that is affecting countless citizens of several nations.

U.S. Pres. Donald Trump claimed that he attacked Iran to allegedly stop the country from acquiring nuclear power and destroying the world. Previously, Trump claimed that the war will be ended soon and the high costs of oil would be “short-term”.
However, following the attack which led to the death of several of its government officials including its Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, and several civilians, the Iranian officials claimed that negotiations with the United States is no longer on their agenda.

According to an Iranian official, they will make the United States regret for their alleged “grave miscalculation” with the high costs of oil. The world was even told to prepare for oil to cost $200 per barrel.
Tehran placed restrictions in the Strait of Hormuz’s passage following the attack. The waterway is open except for the vessels that are linked to U.S. and Israel.

Previously, U.S. Pres. Donald Trump gave Iran an ultimatum to open the Strait of Hormuz for everyone within 48 hours. According to the American President, if it will not happen, they will blow up the energy facilities of Iran. In their response, an Iranian official reacted to the warning with a threat to fully close the waterway instead.
Recently, U.S. Pres. Donald Trump announced that the attack against Iran will be postponed following an alleged “very good and productive talks” with the Iranians. However, based on a post of GMA News citing the Reuters, Iran’s parliament speaker Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf claimed that there are allegedly no dialogue being held with the United States.

Based on the post, the Iranian official further claimed that “fake news” is supposed being utilized to manipulate the oil markets. He also claimed that the Iranian people wants “complete and remorseful punishment of the aggressors”.
Previously, an official of Iran claimed that they were talking with the United States when the American attacked them, thus, they don’ t see any reason to talk to U.S.
