The camp of Michelle Dee is thinking about this step versus Xian Gaza
Kapuso actress Michelle Dee is ready to seek an International Criminal Police Organization (Interpol) red notice against social media personality Xian Gaza if necessary.
This was, according to her legal counsel, Atty. Maggie Garduque, who recently went to the National Bureau of Investigation Cybercrime Division to file a supplemental affidavit in connection with the cyber libel complaint filed by Michelle against Xian.
In an ambush interview, Garduque said that if he is abroad, he can be arrested if there is a warrant of arrest using the Interpol red notice.

According to the report, the social media personality is currently in Thailand due to his business, based on the article in Bandera.
On February 16, Michelle Dee filed a cyber libel complaint against the social media personality who is a self-proclaimed “Pambansang Marites.” The camp of the Kapuso has been exploring legal means to make Xian face the charges against him.
“Siguro po we will just force all law enforcement agencies para makagawa ng paraan. Kung kinakailangan ng red notice sa Interpol para po –since hindi lang naman ito ang kanyang kaso at may ibang mga kaso at may pending warrant of arrest pa po siya, pwede na po nating ipa-alarma sa Interpol para po ma-issue-han siya ng red notice at maaresto siya kahit wala siya sa Pilipinas,” Garduque said.
The lawyer added in a Viber message that their planned application to Interpol may be coursed through the law enforcement agencies in the Philippines.

She further said that this is in the event that the case of Xian Gaza reaches the court and a warrant of arrest will be issued to him. Garduque explained that since the social media personality is not in the Philippines, their camp will apply for a red notice with the intention of bringing him back to the Philippines to face all the charges against him.
Michelle Dee’s lawyer also said that there was an alias warrant against Xian for syndicated estafa. “This and the cases which Michelle will file against him will be a good ground for him to be put under red notice,” the lawyer said.
In 2018, the Malabon Regional Trial Court found Xian Gaza guilty of estafa, and he was sentenced to 5 years and 6 months of imprisonment, due to the bounced check he issued that was worth P2 million.
