MC and Lassy shared thoughts on Vice Ganda being pushed to enter politics
Unkabogable Star Vice Ganda had some encouragement from his supporters to run for president in the 2028 elections, and here’s what his friends, comedians MC Muah and Lassy Marquez, said about this.
Previously, prominent filmmaker Lav Diaz shared that he was looking forward to seeing Vice enter politics, and he will definitely support him. Palanca award-winning writer Jerry Gracio also urged the It’s Showtime host to run for president.
In a recent episode of the Kapamilya noontime show, Vice’s co-host, actress Anne Curtis, said to him, “Tumakbo ka kaya, Iboboto kita.” The comedian-host had a funny response to this. He said that he is a beauty queen and not a politician.

MC Muah and Lassy Marquez also shared their thoughts on Vice Ganda being pushed to join the political arena during a recent interview on the YouTube channel of talent manager-vlogger Ogie Diaz. They admire how the Unkabogable Star would bravely attack corruption in the government, and they are proud of how Vice would voice out his opinions.
“Isa siya sa mga artista na kayang gawin ‘yun. Matapang siya na hindi natatakot na baka mawala ‘yung fame, baka mawala ‘yung mga endorsements. Kaya pumapalakpak kami,” MC shared.
However, MC and Lassy believed that Vice does not need to be in the government to help other people. MC also said that he knows Vice, and he would not run.

It is known to them that there were people encouraging Vice to run in the last elections. MC said that Vice said “no” to this because he knows that, first and foremost, there would be destruction against him.
“Ako sasabihin ko diyan ‘wag na. Magulo, e. ‘Di ba kahit nga magkapatid mag-aawayan,” MC added.
Meanwhile, in the same interview, MC and Lassy also said that they will not hold any grudge if ever they are removed from It’s Showtime. For them, if the show does not need them anymore, they will accept it.
