Comedians MC Muah and Lassy Marquez expressed that they are open to the possibility that they could be removed or replaced from “It’s Showtime.”

MC and Lassy were among the newest hosts of the Kapamilya noontime show that has also been airing on GMA and GTV. It is known to many that an issue surfaced when MC and Lassy were not seen on the show for several episodes.

Some netizens speculated that MC Muah was hurt by what the comedian-host said. There was also a speculation that the vlog created a rift between Vice and Muah, and Lassy took the latter’s side.

However, this issue was put to an end, as it was explained that MC and Lassy were just busy with their other gigs, and it was also stressed that Vice had no problem with them.

In the latest episode of “Ogie Diaz Inspires” on Tuesday, January 27, MC and Lassy were asked about the possibility of being removed or replaced from the noontime show.

Siyempre, naisip din namin ‘yon na puwede kaming palitan. Pero hindi kami natatakot o magagalit. Kasi ‘yong kompanya, kailangang maka-survive dahil hindi lang kami ang sinuswelduhan,” MC said, adding that if the management feels like they are no longer helping the show, they will accept this wholeheartedly.

He also said that they still have other things to do and they are saving from their current showbiz stints.

Lassy added that they will not cause any trouble if ever they are removed from the show. “At hindi kami mamemerwisyo ng iba na parang, ‘Uy, baka mayro’n ka naman diyan.’ Hindi, at least mayro’n kaming pangsarili,” he said.
