Nadine Lustre wanted Chris Bariou to be her last
Kapamilya actress Nadine Lustre said that if she and her current boyfriend, Siargao-based businessman Chris Bariou, break up, she will not enter into a new relationship.
Nadine’s love life is currently happy and exciting. It can be seen in her social media posts with her boyfriend. The actress even enjoyed staying in Siargao and spending time with her boyfriend on the surfing capital of the Philippines. Together, they fight for certain causes like environmental preservation and animal welfare.
In a recent vlog appearance on January 9, 2026, on the YouTube channel of Unkabogable Star Vice Ganda, Nadine described Chris as her “Prince Charming” and “the one,” noting that while he isn’t perfect, he is “perfect for her.”
She expressed deep commitment to her relationship with her boyfriend Chris Bariou, saying that she would likely not pursue another relationship if they were ever to part ways. Nadine revealed that she told her boyfriend directly, “Pag nag-break pa tayo, hindi na ako magdyu-dyowa.”
While she sees him as a life partner, Nadine pointed out that she is not in a rush to marry and is currently focusing on her career. Previously, she said that she did not yet feel ready for motherhood.
After several years, Nadine Lustre and Chris Bariou remain together and are active in both personal and business ventures, and this includes their advocacies and businesses in Siargao.
Meanwhile, Nadine also admitted that she used to be a “praning” girlfriend. It was because in the past, she was not that mature, and there was still insecurity. Some things made her paranoid, but it was not because of the relationship. However, as she became older, she learned to value the vital things in her life, and that being “praning” is already just in the background.
