Celebrity couple Coco Martin and Julia Montes responded to the rumor that they will settle in Spain.
Coco and Julia became more open about their relationship when they confirmed that they are indeed a couple. However, they maintained a certain level of privacy when it comes to their relationship.
Last month, the couple reportedly applied for a Schengen Visa, and allegedly, they are with three dependent children. It has been a lingering rumor in showbiz that the couple already has children. However, until now, there was no concrete confirmation.
Having a Schengen Visa will allow them to enter several countries in Europe. Just recently, reports surfaced that they went to Spain. It was not the first time for the couple to visit the said country. With this, rumors surfaced that they were planning to settle down in Spain.
Entertainment writer Noel Ferrer shared in his recent article in Pilipino Star Ngayon the response he got when he asked Coco Martin and Julia Montes if they were really planning to live in Spain and if they were able to buy a property there.
“Ahhh ano lang. Kasi siguro madalas kami ano ngayon e. ‘Pag umalis kasi kami, lagi kaÂming nakikita sa Spain. Siguro alam n’yo ‘yun, maraming mga tao. Kaya, kami hindi na lang namin pinapansin kung ano man,” he said while smiling.
The actor reiterated that what was important for them was that they understand each other and that they are happy. So, it is okay for them, whatever it is.
The couple just asked the public to let them have their privacy. They wanted to keep what’s really the real thing between them, regarding the stories that have been circulating, to protect their loved ones.
“Matagal na po ‘yan. Kumbaga, alam n‘yo naman ‘yung mga tao, maraming ispekulasyon e. Pero kami, honestly, kung ano man ‘yung nasa isip nila, kung ano man ‘yung lumalabas, nirespeto na lang namin ‘yun,” the actor said.
However, they maintained the importance of their privacy, especially since many people have been very indulgent in dipping their fingers in certain topics and issues being discussed online.
Julia Montes said that social media can be crazy, but ever since, she stressed that they had been private about their personal lives. “Hindi dahil sa ayaw namin i-share, but because, siguro pinag-iingatan lang namin kung lang ang meron kami,” she explained.
She also said that for them, it is important that the whole family is okay, and that they are not affected by the stories that had been circulating. Coco Martin’s girlfriend added that it is also vital for them that they are, including their loved ones, blessed, feeling safe and healthy.
