Cops Arrest 4 Gas Station Robbers in Calumpit, Bulacan
Four gas stations robbers were arrested for robbing the establishment in Barangay Pungo, Calumpit, Bulacan.
On early Thursday morning (December 18, 2025), the gas station’s CCTV cameras caught
two men arriving on a motorcycle and asking for fuel. after a few moments, the driver, who was wearing an orange shirt, reportedly pulled out a gun and pointed it at a gas station crew member. Shortly after, two more companions arrived to help carry out the robbery.
Three of the suspects entered the cashier booth while one stayed outside to watch. Inside, they took two mobile phones and searched through the room for valuables. The group also took around P7,000 in cash.
Police said the victims even pleaded with the suspects to leave some money behind, including funds meant for milk, but the suspects still took everything they could find.
After grabbing the cash and items, the four suspects escaped together on motorcycles. The gas station employees immediately reported the incident, prompting police to launch a backtracking operation.
Using a location-tracking app from one of the stolen phones, authorities were able to trace the group to a rented house in Barangay Sucol, Calumpit.
By around 3:00 p.m., police had located and arrested the four suspects. During the operation, the father and brother of one suspect were also taken into custody after police found one of the stolen phones in their possession.
The main suspect later said his family members were not involved and only got caught up in the situation. At the suspected hideout, police recovered the gun used in the robbery, a toy gun, eight sachets of suspected illegal drugs, and only about P2,500 in cash.
The suspects are now under police custody and will face charges for robbery in a group and possession of illegal drugs.
The arrest brought relief to the victims and nearby residents, highlighting the importance of quick reporting and teamwork between the public and authorities.
