The Huawei MatePad Edge was officially announced on November 25, 2025. The tablet is fueled with a 12900 mAh battery + 140W wired + 40W reverse wired charging. The tablet is available in two colors: Gray and Silver.
Body & Display:
The dimension of the tab is 312.1 x 212 x 6.9 mm and weighs 789 grams. It comes with a screen size of 14.2 inches OLED capacitive touchscreen display resolution of 3120 x 2080 pixels, and a 3:2 aspect ratio.
Platform:
The tablet is powered by a Kirin X90A Octa-core processor, and it runs on HarmonyOS 5.1 operating system. The tab comes in variants such as 256GB + 16GB RAM, 512GB + 16GB RAM, 1TB + 24GB RAM, 1TB + 24GB RAM SSD, and 1TB + 32GB RAM SSD.
Main Camera:
The Huawei MatePad Edge sports a dual-camera setup at the back comprising a 50-megapixel (wide) + 8-megapixel (ultrawide) sensor. It features a Color spectrum sensor, an LED flash, HDR, and Panorama.
Selfie Camera:
For selfies, the tab comes with a 32-megapixel front camera.
Connectivity options on the device include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/6/7, dual-band, Bluetooth 5.2, A2DP, LE, L2HC, USB Type-C 3.1, and OTG. Its sensors include a fingerprint, accelerometer, gyro, and proximity (accessories only).
