During the rally, Catriona Gray delivered an inspiring speech. She said that Filipinos are now tired of seeing corruption and what are supposed to be for the people are being stolen by those who are in power.

We have watched as families are flooded again and again ,with the public funds that were meant to protect them are pocketed. Billions of pesos disappear without accountability, without justice, without answers,” the beauty queen said.

She also took notice of the fact that until now, there has still been no high-ranking government official put to jail since the corruption issue in flood control projects started to erupt.

Another thing that Catriona stressed was that many Filipinos are starting to forget where their anger came from. She said that right now, a single department has been called out, but there are still other government sectors, such as health and agriculture.

The beauty queen pointed out that amid this huge issue, the leaders are not speaking. “And while our nation grows exhausted, our leaders remain silent. Sobrang tahimik, nakakabingi. Bakit tayo pumapayag? Why do we allow this to happen to us again and again? When are we going to wake up? What more do we need? Ilang baha pa? Ilang scandal pa? Ilang nakaw na pondo pa? Before we finally say, tama na!” Catriona Gray said, based on the video from Inquirer.
