Sitio Riverside Residents Rushed to Barangay Hall After Their Homes Were Pelted w/ Stones Again
Residents of Sitio Riverside in Barangay Embarcadero, Mangaldan, Pangasinan rushed to the barangay hall after their homes were once again showered with stones.
Recently, Russel Simorio Councilor, a Facebook user, shared photos of several residents who went to the barangay hall to report the alleged stone-throwing incident at their homes. The post quickly went viral and received reactions online.
Frightened and tired of the repeated incidents, residents rushed to the barangay hall to ask for help and protection.

According to residents, the attacks have happened more than once. Large rocks were found scattered on rooftops and around houses, causing loud crashing noises that disturbed families and put everyone at risk.
Some feared that the stones could break through their roofs, injure someone, or damage their homes. The sound alone was enough to cause panic and sleepless nights, especially for children and the elderly who were terrified by the repeated attacks.
Local authorities and barangay officers have already been patrolling the area in an attempt to catch the culprit. Despite this, the person responsible has continued the stone-throwing, showing no signs of stopping.

The incident has led many residents to feel helpless and unsafe in their own community, unsure of when the next rock might come crashing down.
Residents are now pleading for the attacks to stop, hoping that whoever is behind the incidents understands the fear and stress they are causing. Families are simply asking for peace in their homes, wishing for quiet nights without having to worry about stones crashing onto their roofs.

Many are hoping that authorities will soon identify the culprit so that the community can finally rest and return to the peaceful lives they once enjoyed.
