Here’s the Pharmacist Board Exam Result November 2025 released by the PRC.

PHARMACIST BOARD EXAM November 2025 – The full result from PRC included the full list of passers, top 10 passers, and top-performing schools.

As announced by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), 3,670 out of 4,555 examinees passed the Pharmacist Board Exam November 2025 or the November 2025 Pharmacist Licensure Exam (PHLE). The full result was released after two working days since the last day of the examination was held.

The examination was held in various testing centers across the country, such as in NCR, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga. The Board of Pharmacy is led by its OIC, Hon. Anthony Aldrin C. Santiago, and its members, Dr. Mildred B. Oliveros and Dr. Adelina C. Royo.

Registration

The registration for the newly passed examinees will start on June 2, 2025, for the issuance of a Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration, which will be done online through www.prc.gov.ph.

Requirements

• downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
• notice of admission (for identification only)
• 2 pieces passport-sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
• 2 sets of documentary stamps
• 1 piece short brown envelope

The date and venue for the newly passed pharmacists are yet to be announced.
