After her network transfer, Andrea Brillantes marked another new experience in her career. Brillantes is now on TV5, and she is excited to do more in this new chapter of her life. She wanted to explore more mature projects and delve into the action and comedy genres. She is also excited to finally headline her first-ever movie.
While she just unfolded a new season, she also tried a new one in her career, a new experience for her. Recently introduced is her as the newest calendar girl for 2026 for a liquor brand. This is not just a new experience, but this is her embracing fully her daring self.
The grand reveal, held on Friday night, November 14, in Quezon City, was graced by Brillantes, who was in her most confident self. As the liquor brand’s 2026 muse, Brillantes follows in the footsteps of previous calendar girls Kim Chiu in 2025 and Julia Barretto in 2024.
In an interview, she expressed that she was initially shocked by the offer to pose as a calendar girl. She has considered a lot of things before she came up with the decision to accept this. She thought of her family and her fans, if they are ready for her doing this, but there was one thing she always knew – she could do it, and she wanted to do it.
“I knew that I was ready. I am really happy to be here. This is such an honor and a huge milestone for me,” she expressed.
She prepared herself both physically and mentally for the project, but didn’t make drastic changes to her body. Instead, she focused on staying healthy and embracing her natural form. She also took time to study the concepts, determined to offer something fresh and meaningful to the public.
