Pregnant Woman Gives Birth Outside Hospital in Bacolod City

A pregnant woman was unable to reach the emergency room and ended up giving birth outside a hospital in Bacolod City. 

Recently, Spincer Ayco, a Facebook user, shared a video of the woman giving birth outside a hospital in Negros Occidental. The post quickly went viral and gathered various reactions from the online community. 

A woman was spotted in labor near the entrance of Corazon Locsin Montelibano Memorial Regional Hospital in Negros Occidental. She did not make it inside the emergency room in time. People nearby noticed her condition and tried to assist while waiting for hospital staff.

The situation happened so quickly that the baby came out right on the sidewalk.

Witnesses shared that the woman appeared distressed before giving birth. Some passersby worried about her safety, especially with vehicles passing close by. Others expressed concern about the lack of quick response and the stressful conditions she faced while in labor. 

The video raised discussions about access to medical services, especially for pregnant mothers. Many commented on the importance of timely assistance during emergency cases. Others suggested having clearer guidelines for people who arrive at hospitals in critical condition.
