The love life of Pokwang was asked in a recent interview
Kapuso comedienne Pokwang had this answer when asked if her heart is open to finding a new love.
It is known to many showbiz fans that Pokie had a controversial breakup with her former partner, American actor Lee O’Brian. Their separation led to a legal battle.
Pokie had Lee deported. Amid their separation issue, the comedienne has been very vocal about what happened to their relationship. Although the comedienne received a lot of support, there were also those who bashed her for speaking about her personal life.
For several years, Pokwang remained single. In a recent interview on Fast Talk with Boy Abunda, Pokie was asked if she is willing to open her heart once again.
“Halimbawa, may nakasalubong ka na pakindat-kindat at nagpapahiwatig ng pagmamahal, nakabukas ba ang iyong puso para magmahal muli?” King of Talk Boy Abunda asked Pokie.
The comedienne dismissed this. She said that her focus right now is on her family and not on her love life.
“Hindi na, wala na, Tito Boy, wala na. Ayoko na. Ayoko na po. Okay na okay na ako sa mga anak ko, okay na ako sa negosyo ko, okay ako sa career ko. I’m happy,” the comedienne said.
Then, Tito Boy had a follow-up question. He asked his guest what she would do if that man returned and tried to get her attention once again. Pokie had a funny answer to this: “Bilhan niya ako ng island.“
It was in July 2022 when Pokwang confirmed her breakup with Lee O’Brian. At that time, they had already broken up for seven months. Initially, she said that the separation went well. She even defended her former partner against bashing.
