Heaven Peralejo talked about working with Alden Richards
Actress Heaven Peralejo shared why she felt pity toward her Out Of Order co-star, Asia’s Multimedia Star Alden Richards.
Heaven played the role of a lawyer in the saif movie that recently had a red-carpet premiere at the Red Carpet Cinema of Shangri-La Plaza Mall.
In a recent interview, based on the article in PEP, the actress shared that she was surprised when this movie was offered to her.
Heaven Peralejo shared that she did not expect that this kind of project would be offered to her. She even asked the production if they really wanted her to be the female lead in this movie.
âSabi nila, and even si Alden, sabi niya, âI know na kaya mo ito and I do believe in you. Nandito ako para alagaan ka rin so donât worry about it,’” she shared.
In order to portray the lawyer character well, Heaven shared that she asked for help from her friend, who is a law student. She researched as well.
She would go with her friend when they would watch cases and join them during research. This was a total immersion for her.
Aside from being the lead actor and love interest of Heaven’s character, Alden was also the director of the movie. The actress shared that there is an advantage to this.
She said that Alden already knew the shots. When he comes to the set, he will know what to do. “Alam niya kung papaano ang batuhan ng acting. Hindi na kailangan tumimpla kumbaga,” the actress shared.
However, there was a disadvantage. “Siyempre nakakaawa rin siya kasi wala siyang pahinga,” she said. Heaven said that sometimes, she wanted to chat with Alden on the set, but she would just let it slide so that he would have time to rest.
The actress also shared that the actor was so caring on set, not just to her, but for everyone. Alden would spoil them. He would bring fruits for all.
As a director, she said that Alden Richards was so detailed. He had certain types that he really wanted, like how a line should be delivered. The actress said that she appreciated this because there was no need for her to think a lot about a certain scene.
She also said that Alden was very respectful and would entertain suggestions with a willingness to collaborate.
