Lady Teacher Reminds Parents to Work Together in Raising Students

Recently, the Facebook page Unfiltered Life of Karla owned by content creator Teacher Karla shared her heartfelt thoughts about teaching values to students. The post garnered various reactions from the online community.
In her post on Monday (September 8, 2025) Teacher Karla emphasized the importance of teamwork between parents and teachers when it comes to shaping children’s character.
The educator explained that parents play the first and most important role in teaching values at home, while teachers are there to reinforce them in school. She said that it is difficult to strengthen values in the classroom if children are not taught these lessons at home in the first place.
The teacher also reminded parents that raising a child is not a one-person job. It takes many people to nurture and guide a child, and the responsibility should not fall solely on teachers. She likened it to the saying that it takes a whole village to raise a child.
She shared that when children already have a foundation of good values at home, it becomes easier for teachers to nurture and help those values grow at school. But when there is no foundation, it becomes a much harder task for educators.
