Arjo’s wife, Maine Mendoza, has reacted following the accusations made against her husband. On Monday, through a post on her X (formerly Twitter) account, she denounced the “baseless accusations” as well as the “hate and personal attacks.”

“Please refrain from throwing hate and personal attacks at him, including me and our family until facts come out. I am with my husband in this,” she firmly added.

She further stressed that it’s just so unfair on her husband’s part to be accused of the matter when all he did since the beginning was serve the people of his district in Quezon City. She expressed her sincere hope that those who are truly responsible be held accountable, so the innocent ones are spared.

Mendoza wrote, “I sincerely hope and pray that the people who are TRULY responsible will be held accountable and that innocent individuals be spared from this mess.”
