Man Elicits Criticisms After Being Caught Watching Adult Video in Public Place
A man went viral and elicited criticisms online after being caught watching an explicit video in a public place in Bacolod City.

In the video, the male customer was seen outside a small eatery, holding his phone and watching something. The latter was seen watching an inappropriate video outside the establishment.
After a few moments, a woman nearby became uncomfortable and confronted him when she noticed the sounds coming from his phone. She was shocked not just by the video but also by his behavior, as he was reportedly touching himself during the act.
The woman shared that the man had even eaten there earlier, and she was surprised and disgusted when she heard disturbing noises from his device. Out of discomfort and concern, she decided to call him out in front of others.
Unable to give any proper explanation, the customer quickly stood up and left the place. Some praised the woman for her courage in speaking up, while others urged authorities to look into the incident to prevent similar cases from happening.
The incident reminds people that public spaces must be respected, and such behavior should never be tolerated, especially when it makes others feel unsafe or disrespected.
