Cow Pulling Cart Spotted Near LRT Anonas, Delights Netizens

A white cow pulling a cart was spotted by the public near the LRT Anonas Station, and netizens found it amusing.

Seeing a cow pulling a cart in the middle of the city is something you don’t see every day. In fact, it’s quite rare, especially in busy places like Metro Manila. These days, cars, motorcycles, and trains fill the roads, so spotting a cow calmly walking while pulling a cart feels almost like a scene from the past.

In the provinces or small rural towns, it’s more common. Some people still use cows, carabaos, or horses to help carry goods or travel short distances, especially when they don’t have access to modern vehicles. It’s a practical way of life that still exists in some farming communities.

But in the city, where traffic rules are stricter and everything moves fast, animals like cows pulling carts aren’t usually allowed on the roads.

Recently, a Reddit user named IkigaiSagasu shared a photo of the cow pulling a cart near LRT Anonas Station. The post quickly went viral and received various reactions from the online community.

In the photo, the cow was seen calmly walking while pulling a cart with a man onboard, who was reportedly selling brooms made from tingting and tambo. The scene stood out against the usual rush of city traffic and modern transportation.

Though the man and his cow were only passing by, their presence caught a lot of attention.
