Camille Villar Is The Biggest Spender Of Election 2025

The biggest spender in the previous election was Camille Villar.

In the May 2025 midterm elections, the biggest poll spender was Senator Camille Villar, and this is how much she spent.

Winning senatorial candidate Camille Villar was the one with the most money spent during the election campaign, and this is according to her submission to the Commission on Elections (Comelec).

Based on the Statements of Contributions and Expenditures (SOCEs) submitted by the winning senatorial bets and released by the Comelec, Villar topped the list with expenditures worth PHP 179,642,664.00 during the campaign period, which ran from February 11 to May 10.

Following her on the list were Senators Lito Lapid and Pia Cayetano, who spent PHP 163,580,568.00 and PHP 162,014,961.00, respectively. In the 4th, 5th, and 6th places are Senator Imee Marcos (PHP 139,298,208.00), Senator Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa (PHP 128,728,961.00), and Senator Bong Go (PHP 127,313,761.00).

The others who spent over PHP 100 million during the 90-day campaign period are Senators Francis “Kiko” Pangilinan (PHP 119,400,972.00), Rodante Marcoleta (PHP 112,857,951.00), and Erwin Tulfo (PHP 110,358,697.00).

Senators Tito Sotto (PHP 96,638,901.00) and Bam Aquino (PHP 86,150,395.00) spent less than PHP 100 million.

Panfilo “Ping” Lacson had the lowest expenditures at PHP 18,955,871.00.

Marcoleta declared that he did not receive any contributions, but Cayetano gathered the highest amount of contributions at PHP 169,623,644.00
