Duterte’s Former Spox Harry Roque Asked Why PH Gov’t Yet To Arrest Him
HARRY ROQUE – The former presidential spokesman is challenging the Philippine government to get him amid an arrest warrant against him.
Former presidential spokesman Roque is now faced with an arrest warrant issued by a local court in Pampanga over his alleged involvement to the Philippine Offshore Gaming operations. However, he is currently in The Hague, Netherlands.

The Department of Justice or DOJ previously admitted that the arrest warrant against Harry Roque cannot be immediately served. He is currently an asylum seeker in The Netherlands.
According to Roque, as an asylum seeker in The Netherlands, he allegedly cannot be deported while the application process is ongoing and it may take up to one year and a half. Despite it, the Justice department previously confirmed preparing the documents needed to request for an Interpol Red Notice to the International Criminal Police Organization.

The Department of Justice also admitted taking efforts for the cancellation of the passport of Harry Roque. However, the DOJ also previously claimed receiving a report that Roque has three (3) passports. Recently, the former presidential spokesman recalled it as he tagged a new claim of Justice Sec. Boying Remulla as fake news.

DOJ chief Boying Remulla claimed that Roque’s asylum bid was allegedly denied by the Dutch government based on the report he got. He also claimed that the former spokesman is in Germany.
Harry Roque immediately denied the claim that his asylum bid in The Netherlands got denied. According to him, the DOJ Secretary already has two strikes in allegedly spreading false information about him. He cited Remulla’s first claim that he has three (3) passports as allegedly the first fake news about him from the Justice Secretary.
Roque confirmed that he went to Germany but clarified that it was to administer the oath of the members of the Hakbang ng Maisug Germany. He also tagged the DOJ Chief’s claim that his asylum bid got denied as another fake news.
Recently, former presidential spokesman Harry Roque spoke anew on the Philippine government still not being able to get him amid an arrest warrant against him. Based on a report on PhilStar, he mocked the “intelligence” of the government.
“Come and get me. How come they have yet to get me? Their intelligence is laughable as their intelligence is really wrong,” Duterte’s former spokesman told One News.
Based on the report, Roque also claimed that his passport is still with the Dutch authorities. According to him, there is only one Visa required in the Schengen area and his visa is valid for a year. He stressed that as an asylum seeker, as long as he will not leave the Schengen area, there is allegedly no violation.
Amid an arrest warrant against him and the government’s move to secure an Interpol Red Notice, Roque reiterated that he cannot be deported while he is an asylum seeker.
