REAL ESTATE BROKER BOARD EXAM RESULT April 2025 – Here’s the full list of passers, top 10 passers, and top-performing schools.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) finally released the full result, which contains the names of the passers, top-notchers, top-performing schools, and performances of schools.

REBLE Summary of Results

As announced by the PRC, 1,306 out of 1,741 passed the Real Estate Broker Licensure Exam (REBLE) April 2025. This was conducted in various testing centers, such as in NCR, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, and Tacloban. 

The Board of Real Estate Service is led by Ofelia C. Binag, its chairman, and Rafael M. Fajardo, Jose Arnold M. Tan, and Pilar Torres-Banaag, its members.

Requirements

  • downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
  • notice of admission (for identification only)
  • 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
  • 2 sets of documentary stamps
  • 1 piece short brown envelope

The registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will start on June 18, 2025.
