Kiko Pangilinan had this message to his fellow candidates
Senatorial candidate Kiko Pangilinan shared his prayer for the Philippines this Lenten season.
Pangilinan is one of the senatorial candidates in the 2025 elections. He has been actively campaigning in different parts of the country. Just like many politicians, he is also using his social media platforms to reach out to the people.
In an interview, based on the article in Manila Bulletin, Pangilinan shared what his prayer is for the country.
“Ang dalangin ko ay magkaroon ng mga solusyon sa mga problema ng bansa, na ang mga lider ay tutugunan ito sa halip na itong walang katapusang bayangan at gulo,” Kiko Pangilinan.
The senatorial candidate also shared what he plans to do for the Philippines if he gets elected. He said that he will focus on food security and lower prices of food.
Pangilinan also stressed that the country is already in chaos and people should focus on finding solutions and addressing common problems like hunger.
“Kapag tinamaan ka ng gutom, ke pink ka, ke green ka, ke pula ka, gutom yun eh dapat talaga doon tayo tumutok kesa dinadagdagan ng partisan politics, dinadagdagan ng away sa pulitika. Gulong gulo na ang tao,” he said.
Kiko Pangilinan also shared his thoughts on politicians campaigning against each other. He said that politicians should not add to the complicated situation of the country.
“Ang dapat nating gawin ay wag dagdagan ang gulo at hanapan ng sabi ko nga, kalma, kalma, andito na si Kiko,” the senatorial candidate said.
He also said that finding solutions should be pushed during campaigns and not the conflict. Just recently, Pangilinan became a subject of disinformation and fake news due to his edited videos online.
