This is what Dennis Padilla gave his daughter as wedding gifts.
Claudia Barretto is already married, and in a video, Dennis Padilla shares the wedding gifts he prepared for the newlyweds.
Recently, Claudia Barretto and Basti Lorenzo got married. It was an intimate and private affair between families, but was publicized and became highly controversial because of the claims Dennis Padilla made through his online posts.

She marked this big milestone in her life at the Parish of St. James The Great in Ayala Alabang Village. They had been together for 10 years before they tied the knot. Basti is one of the 12 children of Martin and Leah de Leon Lorenzo.
Among the notable guests were Richard Gomez and Lucy Torres-Gomez with their daughter Julianna, as well as siblings Hannah and Ella Pangilinan.
Prior to the wedding, Padilla recorded himself while preparing for the event. In the recording, he showed the gifts he prepared to give to the newlyweds. As a souvenir, he gave them his “Astig” cup and two bottles of “bagoong” or shrimp paste, in two different flavors.
In the same video, there was a brief moment of him being emotional as he expressed his feelings as a father. As Claudia opened a new chapter in her life, he wished her well and hoped their reconciliation would continue even after their wedding.
According to him, he did not expect that he would be invited to the big day of his daughter. There have been years of estrangement between them, and already accepted the possibility of not being able to witness events like this in his children’s lives, but things turned out better, and he was given the opportunity.

However, the reconciliation didn’t last long, as on the day of the wedding, his posts surrounded the private affair with issues and controversies. It even prompted Marjorie Barretto to step up and come forward to defend their children.
