Actor-comedian Dennis Padilla was mad after he was treated as a visitor during Claudia’s wedding despite being the bride’s father.
Claudia Barretto is now married, and this was disclosed by Dennis Padilla in a post where he aired his emotions after feeling snubbed during the event. On April 8, 2025, through a social media post, he expressed his sentiments about how he was treated like a visitor and not the father of the bride.
“GRABE KAYO!! NABUDOL NYO AKO! FATHER OF THE BRIDE NAGING VISITOR. GALING NYO!” his post said.
According to him, he was invited but was not given a role in the program. He also did not receive an invitation.
While others sympathized with him, there were those who made him realize some things, such as the appreciation that despite their flawed relationship, he was still remembered by his daughter. He was told by some people online that he could’ve just stayed silent in order to protect his relationship with his children with Marjorie Barretto.
He was feeling snubbed on the wedding day of his daughter.
Last February, Claudia’s engagement speculations surfaced after her sister Julia Barretto wished her well in the new chapter of her life.
“I’m excited for your next chapter, and I will always be here for you. The lowest of lows and highest of highs. I will stand by you. I love you my girl,” the letter from Julia to Claudia read.
In a previous article, Padilla shared a photo of his reunion with his kids with Marjorie. He’s been longing for so long to mend ties with them and always remembers them on special occasions.
The emotional reunion happened during an intimate celebration for Leon’s 22nd birthday on April 2. He was not able to see them for a very long time until that day.
