Actor Mark Herras allegedly has a threat against businessman-singer Jojo Mendrez, who is also called the Revival King.
Mark and Jojo’s connection surfaced online when they were spotted together at Okada Hotel. This became controversial because this happened just weeks after Mark’s controversial dance performance at a male entertainment bar.
However, Mark and Jojo stressed that there was nothing romantic between them and that they only had a collaboration for the latter’s song.
Just recently, Jojo Mendrez was seen with Rainier Castillo at the same hotel with the same collaboration stint for his new song. Mark and Rainier came from the Kapuso talent search StarStruck.
In a recent interview, Jojo and his manager revealed that they decided to cut ties with Mark. It was because Mark was supposed to be the co-presenter of Jojo at the Star Awards, but the actor allegedly left and gave the reason that there was an emergency at home. However, it was said that Mark’s initial alibi was just to go to the restroom.
With this, Rainier was asked to take Mark’s part. In the same interview, it was revealed that Mark borrowed a million pesos from Jojo. The businessman-singer said that he pitied the actor when he said that he needed money. Jojo said that the money did not matter to him, but he would no longer collaborate with Mark.
Based on the article in Bandera, Jojo Mendrez shared that Mark Herras has not yet paid the money he borrowed, which was reportedly used for his house construction, but they have no plan to take legal action.
The businessman-singer also said that he even sent a letter to the actor thanking him and at the same time ending their connection.

Jojo’s camp said that whether it is serious or just a joke, it was still inappropriate for Mark to say that. They are also not afraid that Mark will file a complaint after this because they know the truth.
