Marian Rivera opened up about past issues
Kapuso Primetime Queen Marian Rivera talked about being “selosa” in the past and her supposed rift with other celebrities years ago.
Marian has been in the industry for many years already. She is one of the A-list stars of her generation, together with her husband Primetime King Dingdong Dantes. With her popularity, even the smallest issue can create a stir.
In a recent interview, based on the article in The Philippine Star, Marian admitted feeling jealous so much before. She and Dingdong had been married for a decade now. Last year, they had a simple and memorable celebration for their 10th wedding anniversary.

Marian Rivera admitted that she wanted to take back being “selosa” years ago. “Very transparent, sayang kung puwede lang i-rewind, ‘di ba?” the Kapuso actress said.
However, she explained that there were reasons why she felt jealous back then. She said that if she saw something suspicious, she would really react. On the other hand, the negative thing at that time was that she would react first to the action of the woman and not her partner.
Then, Marian was asked if she was able to reconcile or reconnect with people whom she had a conflict before. “‘Pag nakikita ko sila, naiilang sila kasi alam nila ‘yung sitwasyon kung bakit ko ginawa ‘yun sa kanila. Pero ngayon ‘pag nakikita ko, I’m trying to be civil,” the Kapuso Primetime Queen said.

For her, there is no point in harboring bitterness deep inside her. She would tell herself that she should learn her lesson and not make her mistakes in the past. Marian also stressed that having no conflict with other people gives a good feeling and forgiveness comes with this.
It is known to many showbiz fans that Marian Rivera had an issue with Heart Evangelista in the past but social media users celebrated when they noticed that the two Kapuso stars started following each other on Instagram. After that, they had friendly social media interactions and encounters during an event that showed their much-anticipated reconciliation.
