ABS-CBN superstar Kathryn Bernardo was the center of attention in a fashion show, and this is how she prepared her body for this event.

Recently, a fashion show for a huge brand of apparel was held, and the “Star Of The Night” was ABS-CBN superstar Kathryn Bernardo. She flexed her toned body and chic fashion statement along with other famous personalities ranging from beauty queens to models and celebrities.

Kathryn was stunning, and she was nothing short of gorgeous. She strutted the runway at the Mall of Asia Arena last March 21 and brought the house down as the grand finale wearing a white bedazzled brassiere and belted mini skirt hanging low on her waist, highlighting her jaw-dropping, toned physique.

How did she prepare for this event? In an interview, she dedicated a long time to achieving her body for the runway. She works out, “eat something good”, and diet. She is known for her active and healthy lifestyle, and her consistency is now paying off.

“[Ang tagal] kong nagprepare for this eh, so after this I can eat na. It was worth it naman for us, mga nag-prepare, mga nag-diet, and of course, sila Tito Ben [Ben Chan],” she shared.

Before her time to walk, she accordingly did some bands and lifted dumbbells to pump her up. She quipped about her fashion show experience, “I was really nervous, but then I had a wonderful time.”
