Actress Arci Muñoz appeared to be ready to answer the question about the supposed cosmetic enhancement she had.
Arci has come a long way since she aspired to have a showbiz career through the Kapuso talent search StarStruck. She was not declared as the Ultimate Female Survivor in her batch but she was given projects that boosted her career.
Aside from being included in big teleserye projects, Arci is also the vocalist of her band Philia. Currently, she is promoting her new movie Sinagtala.
Based on the article by PEP entertainment writer Jojo Gabinete, during the press conference for the said movie, media people noticed the changes in the face of Arci Muñoz but no reported dared to ask her about this. Gabinete mentioned that it seemed that the actress appeared to be ready to talk about the enhancement issue that has been lingering in showbiz circles for many years now.
“Pero hindi nangahas mag-usisa ang mga reporter na dumalo sa presscon ng Sinagtala kaya nananatili na lamang bulung-bulungan ang matagal nang espekulasyon,” the entertainment writer said.
However, Gabinete said that Arci will finally answer the surgery rumors and she will do this in the upcoming episode of Kapuso afternoon talk show Fast Talk with Boy Abunda which was scheduled to air on Friday, March 21.
The King of Talk asked the actress: “I know that this has not been talked about. Ito yung, ‘Si Arci ba nagparetoke?’ Have you undergone surgery?”
Gabinete said that for the first time, Arci addressed this issue and she explained it in a way that people will understand why her face now is different from before, especially when she was in StarStruck.
The entertainment writer also shared that in that episode of Tito Boy’s show, Arci Muñoz will also talk about her past relationship with Badi del Rosario, who is the son of Prince Jefri Bolkiah of Brunei.
Meanwhile, the actress shared the reason behind her evolving looks. She said that through this, she is expressing herself which she was not able to do when she was young.
