Gas Station Announced Big-Time Oil Price Rollback This Week
FUEL PRICE UPDATE – Fuel companies are set to implement a big-time oil price rollback starting Tuesday (March 11, 2025).
Filipino motorists can expect lower fuel prices next week as oil companies prepare for another round of price cuts. Gasoline, diesel, and kerosene prices are set to decrease following movements in the global oil market.
Based on recent trading trends, gasoline prices may drop by P1.40 to P1.70 per liter, while diesel prices are expected to go down by P0.90 to P1.20 per liter. Kerosene users will also benefit from a reduction of P1.50 to P1.70 per liter.

The looming price reduction marks the second consecutive week of fuel price rollbacks, giving a sigh of relief to drivers and businesses affected by fluctuating fuel costs.
Several factors contributed to this price adjustment. A significant increase in U.S. crude oil stockpiles has affected global supply and demand, leading to lower prices. Additionally, the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC+) has announced plans to increase oil production by April, further pushing prices downward.

Another key factor is the impact of U.S. trade policies on major economies like Canada, China, and Mexico, which has slowed down oil demand in those regions.
Oil companies typically announce price changes every Monday, with adjustments taking effect the following day. Just last week, fuel prices were also reduced, with gasoline dropping by P0.90 per liter, diesel by P0.80 per liter, and kerosene by P1.40 per liter.
With another round of rollbacks ahead, consumers can expect more affordable fuel prices in the coming days. While global oil prices remain unpredictable, these price reductions bring some financial relief to motorists and industries relying on fuel for daily operations.
