Actor Sam Milby No Longer Friends w/ Moira dela Torre
Sam Milby revealed that he is no longer friends with fellow singer Moira dela Torre who he used to be close with.
Undeniably, a name being tagged as a third party is already not a strange thing in celebrity breakups. Living celebrity lives, artists are often faced with public scrutiny on the cause of the split and infidelity is often a reason that many easily picks up.
With regards to the split of Sam Milby and Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray which was recently confirmed by the actor, it is ballad singer Moira dela Torre who is being accused as the alleged third party.
Sam and Moira were very close to each other — like real siblings. It is no secret to the public that the singer has lived in the condominium unit of the actor when she was just starting in her singing career.
A video of Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray not greeting Moira dela Torre on stage sparked the speculations linking the singer to the breakup of the former couple. The beauty queen greeted everyone on stage except for the singer.
Speaking to ABS-CBN News at the sidelines of the media conference of his series “Saving Grace,” Sam Milby cleared the name of Moira dela Torre from being tagged as the 3rd party in his breakup with Catriona Gray. He stressed that there was no third party in their split.
According to Sam, the rumors make him sad. He advised the public to be careful in believing the things that they will see online.
“If there’s no evidence, ‘wag niyong paniwalaan yung nakikita nyo because in this incident, there’s absolutely no truth to it at all,” he said.
However, amid clearing the name of Moira dela Torre, Sam Milby also revealed that he and the singer are no longer friends. Based on the report, he declined to speak further on why they are no longer close to each other.
“We are not friends anymore. It’s an issue that’s really sensitive,” he said.
Moira dela Torre has yet to react on the revelation of the actor. Sam Milby wants to focus on work and his health condition.
