Jam Villanueva is now an endorser
Social media personality Jam Villanueva talked about forgiveness after the controversial issue with Kapamilya stars Anthony Jennings and Maris Racal.
Anthony is Jam’s ex-boyfriend. She exposed the actor’s intimate conversations with Maris which took place while they were still together as a couple. Because of this, Maris and Anthony were bashed for the supposed cheating that they did.
In her statement, Maris clarified that all she knew was that Anthony was already single and that he and Jam already broke up. However, many netizens did not buy that statement from the actress, including King of Talk Boy Abunda.
Almost a month after the issue surfaced, Jam Villanueva had her first public appearance and this was for her endorsement project with Ampong Dental Essentials.
During the media conference, based on the article in GMA Network, Jam was asked how she felt about having her first endorsement. She said that she was very grateful. The newbie endorser also said that she accepted the endorsement offer because she believes in the product.
“They’re all about confidence and new beginnings. Kasi, ang smile po natin is very powerful siya,” she said, adding that it is not all about appearance but feeling strong and this is something that she can relate to.
Despite the difficult time she went through, Jam said that a smile is very powerful and some people can’t do this amid hardship and that is why it is important to have peace and true confidence.
Jam Villanueva shared that she is now in the process of forgiving after the controversial issue. She said that this is one of the lessons she learned after what happened.
“Moving on is not just about forgetting the past. It’s also about choosing yourself in the present and kung paano mo itatayo ulit yung sarili mo despite sa lahat ng mga nangyari sa buhay mo,” the newbie endorser shared.
She also stressed that her self-worth is non-negotiable. It is important for her not to lose herself in the process whatever happens in her life. For her, knowing her values and principles are vital to have that certain direction in life.
Jam also clarified that she no longer has connections with the people involved in the issue.
