Heart Evangelista has this promise for herself
Queen of Creative Collaborations Heart Evangelista revealed her “birthday resolution” when she turns 40 years old.
Heart has been very generous to her fans and followers in sharing pieces of her life. She has been in the industry for three decades already and has gone through ups and downs in her career and personal life.
Last year, she started her Heart World series which featured the behind-the-scenes of her stints in the fashion industry, as well as, the emotions that happened with it during fashion week shows.
In a recent episode of her series, Heart Evangelista shared an “Adulting” episode with her husband Senator Chiz Escudero but this came with “chismis.”
The questions Heart asked her husband were connected to the recent issues in show business. One of the questions was about doing New Year’s resolution. Sen Chiz said that at his age, this does not apply anymore because he is already enough to do this he pointed out that it would be awkward that he reached this age without changing what he was supposed to have changed when he was younger.
Heart said that her New Year’s resolution is not in January but in February. It is because her birthday is on February 14. This is a promise to herself to be mindful of what she spends.
“I know how it feels na magtrabaho, kumayod talaga dahil gusto ko nito kasi I’m lucky, privileged ako na ‘di naman ako naging breadwinner in a sense sa pamilya ko. Pero, ibig sabihin, lahat ng mayroon ako, lahat ng suot ko, pinagtrabahuhan ko, as in talagang pinagpuyatan ko, talagang pinilit ko ‘yan para mabili lahat ng meron ako,” Heart Evangelista explained.
Now that she is older, the Kapuso star said that her wellbeing is more important to her now. There was a time when she fainted because of exhaustion. She was so focused on the things she worked hard for as she wanted to buy certain things.
Heart said that she would tighten her belt and review first when it comes to spending her hard-earned money. In that episode, Sen. Chiz mentioned that pre-nuptial agreement that they had.
