Based on the report, in case the gag order request gets a green signal from the Court, the details on the response of the camp of Yap to the writ shall be kept in “strict confidence”.

The camp of Sotto also requested for the taking down of all the promotional materials related to the controversial movie. However, as for the camp of Darryl Yap, they have yet to receive a stop order.

Darryl Yap’s lawyer also claimed that Vic Sotto was sent a copy of the script prior to the airing of the teaser of the Pepsi Paloma film.
