Pres. Bongbong Marcos Saddened by Death of DV Savellano
BONGBONG MARCOS – The President issues a statement on the death of Dina Bonnevie’s politician husband, DV Savellano.
The death of the husband of veteran actress Dina Bonnevia, Agriculture Undersecretary DV Savellano, has shocked countless people. Prior to it, there has not been reports about a negative health condition of the former NTA official.
DV is known in the field of politics and public service while Dina is popular in showbiz. Her life is an open book and it is no secret to the public that she’s already 50 years old when she found an unexpected love in the person of DV.
Dina Bonnevie is even vocal that she was not anymore expecting love then she was also not interested in dating when DV Savellano came to her life. He was an Ilocos Sur governor when they met. He was also a House Deputy Speaker prior to his post in the Department of Agriculture.
Today, countless people were shocked and saddened when King of Talk Boy Abunda confirmed the death of DV Savellano. On Fast Talk with Boy Abunda, the veteran talk show host claimed he was able to talke to Dina Bonnevie to confirm it.
Boy also revealed the cause of death of Dina Bonnevie’s husband, DV Savellano. Following reports about the death of the Agriculture Undersecretary crossing the surface, Pres. Bongbong Marcos is quick to issue a statement.
Based on a report on GMA News, Pres. Bongbong Marcos expressed his sadness over the death of DV Savellano whom he called “a true public servant” and “a dear friend”. He stressed that DV’s heart is really in serving the people.
“I am deeply saddened by the passing of Undersecretary Deogracias ‘DV’ Savellano, a true public servant, a dear friend, and someone whose heart always belonged to the people he served,” the President said.
The Chief Executive also recalled the contributions of DV Savellano as a public servant. Based on the report, he was a former governor of Ilocos Sur and the President also highlighted his efforts when he was already at the DA.
Marcos Jr. stressed that DV has brought meaningful progress to Ilocos Sur when he was governor and representative. According to him, he carried the same dedication when he was already assigned in the agriculture department.
“To his family and loved ones, I offer my sincerest condolences, DV’s legacy will endure in the lives he touched and in the progress he brought to Ilocos and the nation,” DV said.
