This is a line from Dr. Seuss that Kapuso actress Barbie Forteza shares when she confirmed the split with actor Jak Roberto. They have been together for seven years and while this news was saddening, it was also surprising at the same time.
Their relationship is one of the most beautiful in the entertainment industry. Last May 2024, they celebrated their 7th anniversary and in several interviews, both admitted to having wedding talks considering the length of their relationship. However, some of the most beautiful things also end.
In a post, she expressed that having him made her the happiest and the years they were together were nothing short of wonderful filled with laughter, ramen, and love. The love was exceptional but it had to end and the reason behind this falling apart was not indicated in the post which brought sad news to many.
She thanked him for the way he loved her and hoped for him to find the love he deserved. As she closed her statement, she asked for everyone’s understanding over the matter to finally put it to rest.
“Thank you for loving me the way you did. I am excited for what’s to come for the both of us. You take care of yourself. May you find the love you deserve. I hope for everyone’s understanding and I wish you can help us put this matter to rest,” she wrote.
