Grade 7 Student Brings Rice to Christmas Party, “walang magdadala ng rice,” the child says
A Grade 7 student became an online sensation after bringing rice as their dish for the Christmas party, “walang magdadala ng rice,” they said.
Recently, Pam Muan, a Facebook user, shared a humorous choice for their Christmas party contribution. The post quickly spread like wildfire on social media and elicited comments from the netizens.
Muan, who was initially discussing with her child what dish to bring to the school party. While the plan was to bring spaghetti, the student surprised her by insisting on rice instead.
The student explained that since no one else was bringing rice, it would be a great contribution to the Christmas spread. Along with rice, a cake was also added to the list.
Pam reminisced about the preparation the night before, where her child even reminded her to wake up early to cook plenty of rice. She woke up at 4 a.m. to cook multiple batches using their small rice cooker.
The moment became even more adorable as Pam shared her playful struggle to prepare enough rice for the party.

Siya: Hindi na mommy rice na lang po.
Ako: Bakit rice? Hindi na spaghetti?
Siya: Kasi mommy rice is life pero walang magdadala ng rice kaya rice na lang and cake.
Oo nga naman rice is life pero walang gusto magdala ng rice kaya siya na lang daw.
Niremind pa ako kagabi matulog ng maaga Kasi magsasaing pa daw ako ng madami. Hahahha
4am gumising para magsaing ng ilang beses Kasi maliit lang rice cooker namin.
