GMA confirms that It’s Showtime will keep airing in 2025.
GMA will keep airing “It’s Showtime” in 2025 and this has been confirmed just recently. ABS-CBN expressed thanks to the Kapuso network.
Kapamilya noontime variety show It’s Showtime will continue to air on the Kapuso network. This confirmation dispelled the rumors that their timeslot will be replaced by TiktoClock in GMA starting January 2025.
To recall, Showtime began airing on GMA Network’s main channel on April 6 and this historical event was graced by the show’s hosts such as Vice Ganda, Anne Curtis, Vhong Navarro, Jhong Hilario, Kim Chiu, Ogie Alcasid, Karylle, Amy Perez, Teddy Corpuz, Jugs Jugueta, Darren, Ryan Bang, Ion Perez, Jackie Gonzaga, MC, Lassy, and Cianne Dominguez.
A couple of days ago, GMA senior vice president Annette Gozon-Valdes confirmed the high chance of Showtime being renewed in their network. There was no problem with the collaboration and their ratings were high.
Recently, a final decision has been made.
“GMA Corp comm confirmed the news to GMA News Online Friday, saying yes ‘It’s Showtime’ will continue to air in GMA in 2025! Maligayang Pasko, madlang Kapuso at Kapamilya!” the report reads.
ABS-CBN expressed its gratitude to the GMA as the noontime slot on the Kapuso network of the Kapamilya noontime show has been maintained.
“ABS-CBN and ‘It’s Showtime’ family are most grateful to GMA for their continued trust and support,” the statement read and it continued, “We will continue to inspire and bring happiness to our audiences.”

In a previous article, Vice Ganda clarified the alleged “utang” of Showtime to GMA. The comedian shared that the noontime show doesn’t owe GMA any money and that they were in the process of renewing its contract with the network.
