The Pag-IBIG Fund is one of the most popular loan-providing state entities in the Philippines. It is in the service of the Filipino people for decades now and it has millions of members composed of Pinoys in and out of the country.

Through the years, the Pag-IBIG Fund continuously upgrade its loan offers and add more. Nowadays, aside from the Multi-Purpose, the Housing, and the Calamity loan offers, the state entity also offers the Pag-IBIG Home Equity Appreciation Loan or also called the Pag-IBIG Fund HEAL.
The Pag-IBIG Home Equity Appreciation Loan or HEAL is designed to provide funds to existing Housing Loan borrowers so they can do more in life or achieve their other goals while paying for the low monthly installments of their Housing Loan.
It is open to finance home improvement purpose, education expenses, business capital, travel and leisure, utility bill payments, etc. It is open for locally-employed members of the Fund as well as self-employed members and overseas Filipino worker (OFW) members.
What are the Pag-IBIG Fund HEAL requirements 2025? The list of documents depend if you are locally-employed, self-employed, or an OFW.
In the case of locally-employed members of the Fund, here are the Pag-IBIG Fund HEAL requirements for application:
- duly-accomplished Pag-IBIG Home Equity Appreciation Loan (HQP-HLF-858)_V01
- duly-accomplished Pag-IBIG Home Equity Appreciation Loan, for co-borrower/s (HQP-HLF-868)_V01
- Proof of Income (any of the following):
- Certificate of Employment and Compensation (CEC), indicating the gross monthly income and monthly allowances or monthly monetary benefits received by the employee (1 original copy) duly signed by the authorized signatory of the employer
- atest Income Tax Return (ITR) for the year immediately preceding the date of loan application, with attached BIR Form No. 2316, duly acknowledged by the BIR or authorized representative of employer
- one (1) Month Payslip, within the last three (3) months prior to date of loan application with name and signature of the authorized signatory of employer
- one (1) valid I.D.
- updated Real Estate Tax Receipt/s as of the quarter immediately preceding the date of application
- Health Statement Forms
- Conformity Form for New/Subsequent Housing Availment (HLF409_V03), for co-borrowers who need to express their consent to the new HEAL application
