Recently, Rose Ann Pasco Poquita, a Facebook user, shared a touching moment with her son Carl capturing how much he cares for his siblings. The post elicited comments from the online community.
During the outing, Carl couldn’t help but think about his siblings back home. As they sat down to eat, he asked his mom why they were eating out when his younger siblings weren’t with them.
Even though the meal was a treat for Carl, a reward for helping his mom with a home project, he couldn’t enjoy it without thinking of his brothers and sisters.
When his mom encouraged him to eat, reminding him it was his favorite dish, Carl asked if they could pack the food instead so his siblings could share it. He even admitted he felt guilty eating by himself, saying it wouldn’t be fair if he was the only one enjoying the meal.
Despite his hunger, Carl’s love for his siblings made him hesitate, as he wanted everyone to share the experience.
