Lady Teacher Feels Sad for Student Always Alone on Report Card Day

A lady teacher felt sad for her student who always had no one to accompany them when picking up the report card.

Recently, the Facebook page “Teacher Sheng Vlog” shared a photo of a student looking sad because no one ever accompanies him when he picks up his report card. The post garnered various reactions from the online community.

The lady teacher expressed her concern for the student, who confided that her parents or guardians never attend these important school events. Despite performing well in school and even receiving honors in the past, the student said no one has ever been there to celebrate with her.

This year, without honors but still maintaining a good average, the child felt even more disheartened, believing that her family simply didn’t care about her achievements.

The educator urged parents and guardians to make time for their children, even if it’s just for school events like report card day. She emphasized how meaningful it is for students when their parents attend. It’s not about the awards or honors, but the presence of a loved one that makes all the difference.

Teacher Sheng reflected on how some children light up with joy when they see their parents in school, even without receiving honors, while others are left feeling sad and neglected.

NANAY/TATAY WAG SANA NATING KALIMUTAN YUNG OBLIGASYON NINYO SA ANAK NIYO

Me: Mga anak card day and recognition day na natin bukas.

Once in a blue moon lang, kaya sana wag ninyong kaligtaan yung obligasyon na mayroon kayo.
