SARA DUTERTE – The Vice President claimed she told Senator Imee Marcos that she wil throw Marcos Sr.’s body into the West Philippine Sea if the attacks against her don’t stop.
It is no secret to the people that the relationship between Vice Pres. Duterte and Pres. Bongbong Marcos has turned sour. There were several instances already when the Vice President issued cryptic remarks against the Chief Executive.

The public started to notice a falling out in the relationship between Duterte and Marcos when Vice Pres. Duterte resigned from being the secretary of DepEd or the Department of Education. She also totally left the cabinet of the Marcos administration.
Previously, Vice Pres. Sara Duterte also claimed that she and Pres. Bongbong Marcos are not really friends and they only knew each other when they partnered for the 2022 Elections. The BBM-Sara tandem was victorious in the presidential and vice presidential race. However, according to the VP, they only talked about the campaign and work. Duterte said she will “never again” team up with the Marcoses.

When asked about the statement of the Vice President denying their friendship, Pres. Bongbong Marcos admitted that he’s a little dismayed that Vice Pres. Duterte didn’t consider him as a friend. Then, the Vice President said that it is really her and the presidential sister, Senator Imee Marcos, who are friends.
However, recently, Vice Pres. Sara Duterte sparked headlines when she said that she told Sen. Imee Marcos that she will exhume and throw the body of the late dictator Ferdinand Marcos Sr. into the West Philippine Sea if the attacks against her don’t stop.
“Hindi ko alam. Isang beses sinabihan ko talaga si Sen. Imee, ‘pag ‘di tumigil, huhukayin ko ang tatay ninyo at itatapon ko sya sa West Philippine Sea,” the Vice President said based on a report on GMA News.

The remains of the late former President was preserved for decades since his death in 1989 in Hawaii. It was only during the term of Pres. Rodrigo Roa Duterte when the Marcos family was allowed to bury their patriarch’s body at the Libingan ng mga Bayani in Taguig.
Vice Pres. Sara Duterte has repeatedly said that she is being pressed on. Previously, she ditched the hearings set by the House of Representatives after a spar with some House members. She also accused the lower chamber of allegedly not focusing on the hearing of the funds of the Office of the Vice President (OVP) but damaging her reputation in lieu of the 2028 Elections.
Recenty, the House Appropriations Committee said that the P1.3 billion budget cut from the 2025 budget proposal of Vice Pres. Sara Duterte’s office is final. According to the House panel, they will re-allocate the fund between the Department of Health (DOH) and the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD).
I totally agree with VP Sara !! More than 30 years na binulok nga nila si FEM sa BATAC!! Pres Duterte faces ALL Unacceptable Criticism & Yet He is a Man of Principles!! No One Succeed to Derail his Decision.
