Celebrity vlogger Andi Eigenmann reacted to the “dugyot” comment that she received from a netizen.
It has been years since Andi decided to have a simpler life in Siargao with her family, away from the glitz and glamour of showbiz. This decision she made received admiration from many people because she chose her happiness.
Andi loves the island life as she fell in love with surfing also. She and her partner Philmar Alipayo are happily raising their family on the island known as the surfing capital of the Philippines.
Despite being away from the showbiz spotlight, Andi Eigenmann is still active on social media and she does vlogging with her family.
The family would get comments of admiration from netizens and from those who found it cute that they would bond together on the beach and do simple things as part of their island life.
However, at times, Andi would get negative reactions on her social media posts, just like what a netizen recently wrote in the comment section. The netizen called her “dugyot.”
Andi shared on her Instagram Story a screenshot of the comments from netizens in a recent post she shared. She highlighted the comment from a netizen who said, “Maganda ka nga Andi sana huwag mo pabayaan sarili mo sabi nila naging dugyot ka na sayang naman pinalaki ka nag mama mo na halos di madapuan ng lamok at langaw now dugyot ang sabi nila sayo.” The former actress laughed at this with her funny reaction, “Help me. I kennat breathe.”
This was shared on a popular showbiz site and netizens slammed the commenter on Andi’s post. Some netizens pointed out that people could not accept the “reality” as they are used to seeing filtered and polished images on social media. However, some netizens agreed with what the commenter said about Andi while some pointed out that it was the normal appearance of those who are always under the sun.
