Netizen Admires Delivery Rider for Working Hard to Provide Family’s Needs
Netizen recounts an encounter with a hardworking delivery rider who is doing his best to support his three children and pay off his motorbike and rent.
Joshnel Sayñera, a Facebook user, shared a photo of a visibly exhausted delivery rider. The post quickly went viral, with many people reacting to the rider’s determination to provide for his family.
In the post, Joshnel shared his encounter with the hardworking delivery rider, who looked incredibly tired. The rider was working hard to support his three young children, pay off his motorbike, and cover the rent for their home.
Despite his exhaustion, he continued to push through, delivering orders to make ends meet.
“Ngayon lang ako naka encounter ng ganito kapagod na mukha. Para sa tatlong anak na maliliit, hulugang motor at bahay na inuupahan,” Joshnel said.
When Joshnel offered the rider some cold water and a few snacks, the man’s reaction was truly touching. He appeared emotional because someone showed him a small act of kindness.
The rider then shared that earlier that day, he had accepted a delivery from Tanza to Pasay but wasn’t paid because the customer complained about the delay. The rider explained that he had taken his wife to church before completing the delivery, which caused the delay.
The rider also mentioned that he once had an invention that earned him some income, but payments had stopped due to changes in the system. Joshnel encouraged him to keep going, telling the rider that he had the skills to succeed, which brought another heartfelt “thank you” from the rider.
Joshnel’s post reminds everyone to be kind to others, whether they know them or not. He emphasized that we never truly know the burdens others carry and that kindness costs nothing.
