Former real-life couple Julia Barretto and Joshua Garcia recall their past relationship and what they were able to give for that love.
For a time, many were crazy about Joshua Garcia and Julia Barretto as they do not only display chemistry on-cam, but also off-cam. They were a couple in real life for some years but for reasons, they went back to being friends which broke many hearts.
Now, years after their split, they are reunited for a movie and this time, with their better and more mature selves. They have their own lives now but one good thing after the split was that they were able to preserve the friendship.
In the latest episode of It’s Showtime, they appeared in the segment “EXpecially For You” as guests and in one moment, host Vice Ganda ask them how much they gave for love. This question made them recall how much they gave in the past.
The contestants revealed they they gave everything they have for the love with one saying she loved him more than she loved herself and the other one expressing that he did not leave anything for their love.
“Buhos,” Julia answered when asked and Joshua also had the same answer, “Sobra-sobra. Buhos din.”
They both agreed that when it comes to loving, the way how someone does it happens naturally. Loving too much naturally happens to people who are in love. The actor expressed that it was hard to stop oneself from loving too much as it is the way it was. It’s hard not to give someone your all when in the first place, you’ve always wanted to do it.
In their situation, they were young when they became a couple and when they love, it was always in an all-out manner. However, regardless of age, it really happens. It happens to a person to love unconditionally. And to love and to be loved unconditionally is among the greatest forms of love.
