Here’s why actress Ryza Cenon is not entirely happy with her new home.

Home construction is always a pool of different emotions. Apart from patience, dedication, and being the hands-on owner, you must also have the pool of money for a smooth building. But all in all, building your dream home sure is an exciting journey.
For Ryza Cenon, her dream home is now set and done but the recent video she shared, there was something about it that made her unhappy.
It took months and all throughout this journey, she kept her followers updated. Before it was done, she shared that her house will utilize solar power to “contribute to a cleaner environment”.
The construction of their family home started in November last year and finally, after many months of building it is finally done. In a vlog uploaded on YouTube on August 2, 2024, she gave her supporters a peek of her new home through a house tour.
In the house tour video, she shared some parts of the house and everything was basic but sleek and minimal. It is pleasant to the eyes despite the dark shades of colors they chose as the things are organized and the aesthetics were on point.
However, there was something that happened that made her dissatisfied about it.
They encountered some problems in the finishing and all and there were cracks everywhere. They already got in by February but had to get out again for some major fixing. At a distance, the house look appealing but the closer look would reveal the significant flaws.
“Pero once na tiningnan niyo closely yung details nung house, yung finishing nung house, medyo hindi po ganun kapulido,” she said based on the video.
For it, it looked like a renovated property because there was a lack of cleanliness and polished finish.
“Pangit mang pakinggan pero parang hindi siya new house kung ide-describe mo kasi hindi siya malinis,” she shared. This is what she felt about it. Despite the unfortunate things that happened, she still acknowledged the efforts of the contractor to address such problems.
