Willie Revillame and Gretchen Ho had this amusing banter

Veteran TV host Willie Revillame has this intriguing question for host Gretchen Ho during the Seryosong Usapan: Willie Revillame Faces the Journos show on TV5.

Willie, fondly called Kuya Wil in showbiz, is now having his TV comeback through his new show on the Kapatid network, Wil To Win. To celebrate this, the veteran TV host was interviewed by Gretchen and her co-hosts Ed Lingao, Lourd De Veyra, and Patrick Paez.

At one point, Willie’s love life status was discussed in the show, based on the article in Bandera. The veteran has been single for quite a long time now. Gretchen said that she could stay single also.

In his reply regarding this topic of relationship status, Willie Revillame said to Gretchen Ho, “Gusto mo tayo na lang?” Adding that the female host is being dragged into this because she does not want to have a partner as well.

The comedian-host jokingly said that there might be a possibility that he would fall for her and that she would like him also. Then, Gretchen had this question, “Dapat ba akong umiwas sa mga tulad ninyo?”

Willie answered that there was no need for her to stay away from a person with a good heart, who does not do illegal things and is well-loved by the public. He also said that a person with good intentions should not be avoided.

When Lourd asks Willie what he could offer to a woman, the latter simply answers “happiness” as he just wants a woman to be happy. Then, Gretchen said what if she wanted loyalty and commitment. The veteran TV host quipped, “Bibigyan kita ng Loyal Tru-Orange.”

On the other hand, Willie Revillame stressed that if a woman is nice to hear, there is no reason for him to hurt her. Gretchen Ho had a follow-up question. She asked the veteran TV host if, in his past relationship, the woman was not nice to him. He said that it was not totally the case but he was not yet ready at that time, but now that he is 64 years old, he would no longer “magloloko.”
