JANE DE LEON – Here’s the reason why Kapamilya actress Jane de Leon is in Taiwan with actor Rob Gomez.
Despite rumors suggesting a romantic connection, Rob Gomez and Jane de Leon are in Taiwan for the filming of a horror movie. The working title of the movie that Rob and Jane are making in Taiwan is “Haunted Hospital,” so there’s no truth to the speculations that the two are getting romantically involved.
Rob became a target of criticism again after a photo of him with Jane at a ramen restaurant in Taipei surfaced on social media.
The public hasn’t forgotten his issues with the mother of his child, former beauty queen Shaila Rebortera, and with Herlene Budol.
Those who enjoy gossip wasted no time investigating the real reason why Rob and Jane were dining together. They let their malice prevail and chose to think that a relationship was blossoming between the two.
Rob first mentioned the project he and Jane, along with other artists, would be part of when he attended a media conference about the collaboration between VP Global Manila and TCP Talent Management Singapore at the Valencia Events Place, Quezon City, on June 8, 2024.
A few days later, Rob and the Filipino cast flew to Taiwan for the shooting of the Philippine adaptation of the South Korean movie franchise.
Rob and Jane are not the only stars of “Haunted Hospital”; the cast also includes Enrique Gil, Alexa Miro, Rap Pineda, Zark, and MJ Lastimosa.
Kerwin Go is the director of “Haunted Hospital.” This is his second project that is a Philippine adaptation of a South Korean movie.
Kerwin directed the Philippine version of the South Korean film “Keys to The Heart,” a comedy-drama film starring Zanjoe Marudo, Dolly de Leon, and Elijah Canlas. It was well-received and praised by viewers when it was released on Netflix in 2023.
